这道芝士焗年糕可不是用旧年糕来制作怕,而是教你从蒸制年糕到最后加入芝士片烘烤。步骤虽然多了一些,但中西合璧,咸咸甜甜,值得一试。

    Step 1

    材料A混和成米浆,待用。Mixes ingredients A into batter, set aside.

    Step 2

    材料B煮至完全溶解,掺入米浆里,筛过后,入炉蒸4小时。Boil ingredients B until sugar melted, strain into batter, and then steam for 4 hours.

    Step 3

    隔天年糕切成小件,芝士片切同样面积的小片,置放年糕上。Keep the Nian Gao until next day, cut into slices, top with same size of cheese.

    Step 4

    放入预热至250ºC的烘炉,烘5分钟或至芝士转黄即成。Bake in over over 250ºC for just 5 minutes or until cheese browned.
