    Directions

    Step 1

    把鲜莲子用滚水煮10分钟待用。Boil fresh lotus seeds in boiling water for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    将甜豆撕掉头和粗丝,放入滚水中略烫熟,放入冰水中浸泡待凉,沥水备用。Remove strings from snow peas and put in boiling water and slightly blanch, take out and soak in ice water a while, drain and set aside.

    Step 3

    烧热油½汤匙,放入素火腿炒香,加入莲子、粟米粒,再加入调味料煮至浓稠,浇上麻油。Heat ½ tbsp of oil, add vegetarian ham and saute until fragrant, add lotus seeds, corn kernels and seasonings to cook until thick, pour sesame oil lastly.

    Step 4

    将熟甜豆排放在碟上,淋上莲珠材料即可。Arrange the cooked snow peas on the plate and put the step 3 ingredients on top, done.
