    除了煮汤,味噌也是一种非常美味的调味料,用它来煮成酱,淋在水煮的蔬果肉类上,口味瞬间升级,它也可以用当作腌料,尤其是加上牛油和蜜糖混合后,再用来烤鸡,敢说,几乎没有多少人可以抵御它的美味,呵。

    Step 1

    全鸡腿和配菜分别洗净、抹干水份,备用。Wash the whole chicken legs and side dishes separately, wipe dry and set aside.

    Step 2

    将有机白味噌、味霖和牛油隔水加热混合均匀后,分别涂抹抹在做法1的全鸡腿和配菜上,腌30分钟,备用。Double boil the organic white miso, mirin and butter and mix them evenly. Spread them on the whole chicken thighs and side dishes, marinate for 30 minutes, and set aside.

    Step 3

    将鸡腿和配菜排入烤盘内,放进烤箱以180ºC,烤30分钟后,翻转继续烤10分钟至全熟,取出。Arrange the chicken drumsticks and side dishes into the baking tray, bake them in the oven at 180 ºC, bake for 30 minutes, flip and bake for another 10 minutes until fully cooked, and take out.

    Step 4

    将所有的酱汁倒入酱锅内,小火煮至完全混合,备用。Pour all the sauce into the saucepan, simmer until well mixed, and set aside.

    Step 5

    将烤物摆入盘内,淋入味噌蜜糖酱,撒上烤芝麻,即可享用。Put the roasted food on the plate, drizzle with the miso honey sauce, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds, and enjoy.
