    芋头蒸鸡虽然没有红烧那样的浓香,却别是一番清爽鲜美,且口感细滑软嫩,更容易被消化吸收,很适合老年人食用。

    Step 1

    把鸡块和芋头放入大碗里,加入调味料拌匀,腌30分钟。Arrange chicken and yam into plate, add in seasoning to marinate for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    将腌好的材料铺在深碟里,放入煮滚水的蒸笼,大火蒸25分钟至熟。Transfer the ingredients to big deep bowl, steam with high heat for 25 minutes.V

    Step 3

    取出,洒上芫茜即可。Remove from steamer, sprinkle with some coriander leaves before serve.
