用腌料A里到外涂抹整只鸡将材料B塞入鸡肚内。Rub combined marinade A ingredients on the skin and inside cavity of chicken. Put ingredients B into the chicken cavity.
把材料C塞入鸡胸的皮下。Lightly use your finger to push a gap in between the skin and the breast side rub in combined ingredients C.
在掌心抹少许橄榄油涂在鸡皮上,再涂上腌料B。Put a little olive oil on the palm of your hand and rub on the skin of chicken. Rub combined marinade B ingredients all over the chicken.
把鸡放在烤盘里,胸部向上,放入预热至180℃的烤炉里烤30分钟,中途取出,在翼尖和小腿部位包扎铝铂,以防止烤焦。Place chicken on a baking tray with the breast side facing upwards. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Halfway through remove chicken and wrap foil on the wing tips and drumstick ends. This is to prevent getting burnt.
剩余的腌料B再抹一遍,然后把鸡翻转,胸部朝下,继续烤15-20分钟或至鸡肉熟透。把鸡肉从烤炉取出后随意斩件,配酱汁吃。Brush remaining marinade B ingredients on the chicken breast again. This round bake the backside for a further 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
柠檬百里香汁做法:热2汤匙橄榄油,把大葱炒至软身后加入午餐肉,香菇及百里香,然后加入鮮奶油和调味料,拌均即可。To prepare lemon thyme sauce: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil and fry onion until soft and fragrant. Add ham,mushrooms and thyme. Put in whipping cream and seasoning to taste. Garnish and serve with the roasted chicken.
