【烹饪小贴士】腐皮需要加点碱水,煮的时候比较容易烂。

    Step 1

    将白米洗净,加入2公升水煮滚。Wash rice grains,boil with 2 liters water.

    Step 2

    将腐皮加入碱水浸泡5分钟,洗净,沥干水分。Soak bean curd skin in alkaline solution for 5 minutes,wash and drain.

    Step 3

    倒2汤匙油和腐皮在粥里面,用小火煮至熟及爆开。Pour 2 tbsp oil in porridge and add in bean curd skin,simmer in low heat until boiled again.

    Step 4

    加入调味料和瘦肉煮熟,需要不断搅拌以免烧焦。Add in seasoning and meat; keep stirring to prevent burning at the bottom.

    Step 5

    关火才加入皮蛋片,装饰后享用。Off heat and add in century egg,garnish to serve.
