    橙子性平偏凉,可理气、化痰、润肺,橙子皮中含有两种具有止咳化痰功效的成分。

    Step 1

    橙洗干净,用淡盐水泡10分钟。Wash orange and soak in slightly sated water for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    用清水冲洗橙后,切开顶部。加入少许盐,再用叉子戳几下,以便盐能渗入橙肉内部。Rinse orange and open cut the top, use fork to prick the flesh of orange and then put in salt.

    Step 3

    把处理好的橙子放进碗里,盖上切出的顶部,放进锅中隔水炖2小时即可。Let the orange sit on a bowl, cover with the cut off top and then double boil for 2 hours, done.
