    自酿的福州紅酒非常滋补,功能补气养血,用以做坐月菜不能掺水。这道菜营养丰富,能补血养颜、強健筋骨

    Step 1

    猪手处理干净,斩件,老姜去皮切块,竹笙预先浸发,飞水。Clean and cut shank into pieces; skinned ginger and cut into pieces; pre-soak bamboo pit and blanch in boiling water.

    Step 2

    镬烧红,下麻油将老姜炒香,再下猪手炒透。Heat wok with sesame oil, saute ginger until fragrant, then add in shank and stir fry briefly.

    Step 3

    把猪手、姜块移入盅碗,加入紅酒、竹笙、红枣、当 归,蒸炖90分钟至肉软。Shift ginger and shank into stew pot, add in bamboo pit, dates and DANG GUI, stew for 90 mins.
