福建炒冬粉 Stir Fry Hokkien Glass noodle

材料 (A) :
冬粉300克、芽菜300克、芹菜100克、炸葱2汤匙
材料 (B) :
虾米50克、虾仁200克、五花肉200克、蛋2个、冬菇3朵
材料(C) :
鲍鱼汁2汤匙、生抽2汤匙、上汤2杯、晒油1汤匙、盐和胡椒粉适量
做法 :
1. 倒4汤匙油入锺内,炒香虾米,加入虾仁和五花肉。
2. 放入蛋炒匀,倒入(C)煮滚,加入冬粉炒至干。
3. 放入西芹和芽菜炒匀,取出后将炸葱洒在面上即可。

Ingredients (A) :
300gm glass noodles, 300gm bean sprout, 100gm chinese celery, 2tbsp fried shallots
Ingredients (B) :
50gm dried shrimps, 200gm shrimps, 200gm belly meat, 2 eggs, 3 mushroom
Ingredients (C) :
2 tbsp abalone sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 cups broth, 1 tbsp thick soy sauce, salt
& pepper to taste
Method :
1. Heat 4 tbsp oil in wok, stir fry dried shrimps until fragrant. Add in shrimps and meat.
2. Add in eggs and stir fry well, pour in (C), when boil, add in glass noodles stir fry until dry.
3. Add in celery and bean sprout stir fry well. Remove and sprinkle fried sha lots on top
