    Step 1

    将蒸笼铺上锡箔纸,备用。Place aluminum foil on the base of a dim sum basket.

    Step 2

    粉丝先放入点心笼仔垫底,排上豆腐和番茄,洒上盐、蘑菇味素各¼茶匙在豆腐上。Place glass noodle at the lower level,top with tofu and tomato; sprinkle ¼ tsp each of salt and mushroom stock granule on top of tofu.

    Step 3

    把材料B捞入其余调味料后,放在豆腐的两旁,再倒入上汤,隔水蒸8分钟,盛起放上装饰即成。Mixes the remaining seasoning with ingredients B and arrange at both side of tofu,pour in stock and steam for 8 minutes;dish out and garnish to serve.
