    Step 1

    鸡翼洗净后,以小刀小心从内部取出鸡骨,再以B料捞匀待用。 Wash chicken wings and debone with knife carefully; marinate with seasoning B.

    Step 2

    热油2汤匙爆香蒜头碎及虾米,跟着放入腊肠及香菇炒香后取出。 Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté garlic and dried shrimp until fragrant, toss in Chinese sausage and mushroom.

    Step 3

    把糯米蒸熟。 Steam glutinous rice, set aside.

    Step 4

    将花生炒香。 Fry the peanut till fragrant.

    Step 5

    Mixes steamed glutinous rive with peanut, 把已蒸熟的糯米、花生及炒香。

    Step 6

    加入调味料A捞匀即成为馅料。 Mix with seasoning A as filling.

    Step 7

    把馅料酿入鸡翼内,用牙签固定好. Stuff filling into chicken wings and fix with tooth pith.

    Step 8

    将鸡翅放入热油中炸至金黄色便可。 Deep fry the chicken wing until golden brown.
