    家乡小炒是一道简单的家常菜,味香可口,风味独特。

    Step 1

    芹菜摘去叶子然后再切成段(若买到粗大芹菜可对半切开)。瘦肉切丝加入适量生粉及油捞匀备用。Remove the leave of Chinese celery and cut the stems into sections. Juliennes meat and marinate with some corn flour and oil.

    Step 2

    锅中煮滚水加入1汤匙糖、油及盐,放入芹菜丝汆烫捞出,接着分别放入木耳、香菇、红萝卜汆烫备用。Boil some water with 1 tbsp sugar, oil and salt and blanch Chinese celery; and then blanch black fungus, Chinese mushroom and carrot.

    Step 3

    锅中热油2汤匙,放入蒜头碎及鱿鱼丝爆香。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté garlic and dried squid until fragrant.

    Step 4

    加入已处理好的肉丝拌炒片刻,然后加入其余处理好的材料继续拌炒均匀。Toss in meat and follow with all other ingredients until well mixed.

    Step 5

    最好加入调味料及少许水拌炒均匀即可上碟享用。Add in seasoning and some water; stir-fry and dish out.
