    营厨贴士:忌廉芝士脂肪比牛油低一倍,用来代替牛油搽面包或曲奇甜品,可大大降低热量。

    Step 1

    先将面粉和苏打粉过筛后备用。Sift the flour and baking soda for later use.

    Step 2

    将牛油和糖搅拌均匀,放入忌廉芝士和面粉继续拌匀,最后放入盐和鸡蛋将所有材料拌匀后包好,放入冰箱最少2小时或面团变硬。Mix the butter and sugar beat until light and fluffy, add in cream cheese and flour to whisk well, add salt and eggs at last to beat until just combined. Wrap the dough and keep into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or the dough becomes firm.

    Step 3

    预热烤箱190℃,烤盘先铺上牛油纸,把面团搓至小圆球摆放在烤盘上(记得预留空位),放入烤箱烤11分钟至金黄,摊凉后可享用。Preheat the oven to 190°C, cover the baking tray with baking paper, roll the dough into small balls and place each ball about two inches apart. Transfer cookie sheet to the middle rack of you oven and bake for 11 minutes. The cookies are done when the edge is set and just starts to turn color. The cookies will continue to set as they cool so just let them come to room temperature before enjoying.
