素羊肉云吞Mock Lamb Wanton

【材料】
云吞皮10张、素羊肉100克、金针菇一包、红萝卜半根

【调味料】
盐和胡椒粉少许、酱油适量

【做法】
1.将金针菇去蒂洗净切碎;马蹄、红萝卜去皮洗净切碎;素羊肉解冻后剁碎备用。
2.将所有材料混合,加入调味料搅拌均匀即成馅料。(图1)
3.取云吞皮一张包上馅料,捏成元宝状即可。(图2-4)
4.烧一锅清汤,将包好的素羊肉云吞投入汤内煮至浮起后,转小火再煮5分钟即可食用。(图5-7)

【Ingredients】
10 sheets wanton skin, 100g mock lamb, 1 pkt Enokitake mushroom, 1⁄2 carrot

【Seasoning】
Dash of salt, pepper and soy sauce

【Method】
1.Trim off the stem of Enokitake mushroom, wash and then chop finely; skinned and wash water chestnut and chop finely; chop mock lamb finely after defrost.
2.Mixes all ingredients with seasoning as filling.(pic 1)
3.Wrap each wanton sheet with some filling and shape like Chinese gold ingot.(pic 2-4)
4.Boil a pot of stock, add in wanton and boil until afloat, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, serve immediately.(pic 5-7)
