    Step 1

    将滚水与澄面粉拌匀成熟澄面团后加入芋泥拌匀,再加入其余的材料搓成柔滑的面团。 Mix wheat flour with boiling water and then add in mashed yam and other ingredients and knead into smooth dough.

    Step 2

    将皮料面团分成同等份,包入馅料。 Apportion dough into desired size and wrap in filling.

    Step 3

    烧热一锅油,放入芋角炸至脆身及金黄色,捞起沥干油份,即可享用。 Deep fry the yam dumpling until golden brown, drain and serve.

    Step 4

    皮料: 芋泥600克、澄面粉115克、滚水210毫升、发粉1小匙、白油115克、盐1/2小匙、糖1大匙、五香粉1/8小匙Method for filling: Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok sauté all ingredients until fragrant, then toss in seasoning and cook until gravy reduced; thicken with starch and dish out. Set to cool.
