    Step 1

    把取自隔夜剩的煎鱼肉弄碎。 Using overnight fried fish, Flake the fish flesh. Set aside.

    Step 2

    把马铃薯煮30分钟至熟后去皮趁热捣烂。把鱼肉、马铃薯泥和材料A混合,如果太稀可加入面粉,但不要压紧。 Scrub potatoes & boil potatoes until tender about 30 minutes. Peel & mash or cube potatoes while they are still warm. In a mixing bowl, combine fish flesh, potatoes with ingredients A. Add some plain flour if cutlets are soft & do not bind together.

    Step 3

    调味后把材料做成圆饼状后收入冰箱30分钟才炸。 Adjust seasonings to taste, form mixture into round patties & refrigerate 30 minutes b4 frying.

    Step 4

    用热油把鱼排炸至金黄色即可。 Heat oil & fry the cutlets until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
