    Step 1

    热锅下油,放入所有菇类炒软熟透,盛起备用。In a pan, heat oil, and put in the mushroom to sauteed till soft and fully cooked. Set aside to cool down.

    Step 2

    取一大碗,把所有材料和菇类混合均匀。在手掌上抹少许油,将肉饼捏成长2寸、厚1寸的形状。In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and the mushroom mixture until well combined. Apply some oil on your palm, shape the meat patties into 2 inch diameter and 1 inch thick.

    Step 3

    在不粘锅上煎至两面金黄与熟透。可搭配辣椒酱一同享用。Pan sear on a non-stick pan till both side golden brown and meat fully cooked. Serve with chilli sauce.
