    南瓜的口感甜甜、绵绵的,是许多喜爱的蔬菜,还能当作主食。南瓜营养价值高。含有丰富β胡萝卜素、维生素 C、维生素E、锌,能清除体内自由基,对于糖尿病患者也是相当优良的好食物。

    Step 1

    把南瓜切小块,蒸10-15分钟至刚好熟,倒掉蒸汁。Cut pumpkin into pieces and steam for 10-15 minutes or till just tender, drain.

    Step 2

    起锅热麻油,把蒜茸爆香。Heat sesame oil in a wok. Sauté garlic till fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入古龙牌香菇橄榄菜,继续爆香。Add GULONG Brand Mushrooms and Olive and continue to sauté.

    Step 4

    下古龙牌红烧排骨、万茂牌上等金菇及调味料,然后拌入枸杞。Add canned GULONG Stewed Pork Chops, MAKMUR Golden Mushrooms and seasoning. Add in wolfberry to mix.

    Step 5

    把炒料盛出,铺在南瓜上面。Spoon the mixture over the pumpkin.

    Step 6

    上桌时,撒上装饰料。Pour over some gravy, garnish and serve.
