    月饼模记得洒上少许面粉,容易敲出。

    Step 1

    将皮料A拌匀,待放4-6小时后,拌入皮料B成软团,休面团45-60分钟。Mixes pastry A and set for 4-6 hours;mixes with pastry B,knead into soft dough and rest for 45-60 minutes.

    Step 2

    馅料B烘香,加入馅料A搓匀成团,分出140克等份搓圆备用。Toast filling B and then mixes with filling A;apportion into 140g each,shape roundly.

    Step 3

    将皮料分出约40克等份,包入馅料,然后压入月饼模,敲出备用。Apportion dough into 40g each,flatten and wrap in 1 portion of filling and press into mold;dislodge.

    Step 4

    预热烤炉200℃,放入月饼烤约10分钟,取出,待冷8-10分钟。刷上一层蜜糖和淡奶水,回炉烤约10-12分钟即成。Pre-heat oven to 200℃, bake moon cakes for 10 minutes, remove from oven and cool down for 8-10 minutes. Graze with honey and evaporated milk and back to oven,continue to bake for 10-12 minutes,done.
