    猪蹄内含有大量胶原蛋白,胶原蛋白是一种由生物大分子组成的胶类物质,含有大量的甘氨酸,是构成肌腱、韧带及结缔组织(即人们常说的“筋”)最主要的蛋白质成分,胶原蛋白能在人体内参与合成胶原,还能镇静中枢神经,胶原蛋白还被称为“骨骼中的骨骼”,可促进骨骼生成,促进毛发、指甲生长,保持皮肤柔软、细腻,指甲有光泽。

    Step 1

    将鸡蛋打散,加入盐与胡椒粉拌匀备用。Beat eggs with salt and pepper, set aside.

    Step 2

    将馅料的材料放进大腕中充分搅拌至起胶。Blend all filling ingredients in mixing bowl until springy.

    Step 3

    用小火热不粘锅,抹上一点油,倒入2汤匙蛋液,迅速放入适量馅料盖上,至鸡蛋熟。折成半月形。重复将蛋角做完为止。Heat a non stick pan and grease with some oil, pour in 2 tbsp egg sauce to cover the whole pan ; scoop some filling on the center and sear until egg is cooked ; fold it over into half-moon shape. Repeat steps.

    Step 4

    另外起锅热油,爆香辣汤材料A再加入B料煮滚,转小火煮约30分钟,加入调味料,试味。Heat another wok with oil, sauté spicy stock ingredients A until fragrant and then add ingredients B, once boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add in seasoning and adjust taste.

    Step 5

    准备一个小瓦煲,排入冬粉、古龙牌香菇猪脚腿和蛋饺,注入麻辣汤,加盖煮滚后,转小火煮3分钟,放入芫荽即可上菜。Prepare a small clay pot, put in glass noodle and GULONG Brand Pork Leg with Mushrooms, follow by dumplings and pour spicy stock over; cover with lid and boil in low heat for another 3 minutes, garnish and serve.
