肉干炒芥兰Stir-fried Kailan with Dried Meat

【材料】
芥兰菜300克(修去老硬部位,切小段)、肉干2片(剪小片)、蒜茸1大匙、红萝卜片30克

【调味料】
水2大匙、盐¼小匙、麻油½小匙、绍兴酒½大匙、粟粉水1大匙(1大匙水,加入½大匙粟粉拌匀)

【制法】
1. 将芥兰放入滚水里烫3分钟,捞起,滤干水。
2. 用2大匙油煎香肉干,放入蒜茸和红萝卜炒香。
3. 加入芥兰和调味料大火炒匀,加入粟粉水打芡,盛起即可。

【INGREDIENTS】
300g Kailan (trim and cut into sections), 2 pcs dried meat (cut into pieces), 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 30g carrot slices

【SEASONING】
2 tbsp water, ¼ tsp salt, ½ tsp sesame oil, ½ tbsp Chinese cooking wine, 1 tbsp corn starch for thickening (1 tbsp water + ½ tbsp corn flour)

【METHOD】
1.Blanch Kailan in boiling water for 3 minutes; drain.
2.Sear dried meat with 2 tbsp oil until fragrant; toss in garlic and carrot.
3.Add in kalian and seasoning, stir-fry with high heat until well mixed; thicken with starch and dish out.
