肉松曲奇 Meat Floss Cookies

【材料】
A:菜油250克、糖粉50克、蛋黄2粒
B:面粉370克、蛋黄粉20克、粟粉20克、云尼拉香精1⁄2茶匙
C:鸡肉松80克、海苔丝适量、芝麻1大匙(炒香)
【搽面料】
蛋黄1粒、幼盐1小撮(混合)、水1汤匙、黑白芝麻少许
【做法】
1. 将A料拌打至松发,徐徐拌入B料成软面团。(图1-4)
2. 将C料捞匀备用。
3. 把面团分成每份约50克,然后包入适量C捏成椭圆形,面上搽上蛋液并洒入数粒黑白芝麻点缀,排入铺上油纸
的烤盘中。(图 5)
4. 放入预热烤箱,以160℃烘约25分钟,至熟便可。(图6)

【Ingredients】
A:250g margerine, 50g icing sugar, 2 egg yolk
B:370g plain flour, 20g custard powder, 20g corn flour,1⁄2tsp vanilla essence
C:80g chicken floss, some seaweed, 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
【Grazes】
1 egg yolk, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp water (mixed), some black and white sesame seeds
【Method】
1. Blend ingredients A until smooth; and then add in ingredients B and knead into soft dough.(pic 1-4)
2. Mix all the ingreidants C, set aside.
3. Apportion dough into 50g each, wrap with some ingredients C and make into oval shape, brush graze on top
and sprinkle sesame seeds on it.(pic 5)
4. Place on greased and line baking tray, bake in preheated oven at 160℃ for 25 minutes, done.(pic 6)
