肉碎口袋面包便当 Basil Minced Pork In Pita Bento

【材料】
现买口袋面包4片(切半)、九层塔叶1⁄2杯、生菜叶4片
【肉碎九层塔】
麻油2茶匙、食油1汤匙、蒜头2瓣、大葱1粒(切丁)、猪肉碎350克、柳松菇1包
【调味料】
鱼露11⁄2汤匙、蚝油1汤匙、胡椒粉1⁄2茶匙、黄糖1汤匙、黑酱油1⁄4茶匙、花雕酒1汤匙
勾芡:生粉1茶匙+2汤匙清水
【做法】
1. 起锅热油,把蒜茸爆香,加入肉碎和大葱,炒至肉碎转色、散开。(图1-2)
2. 加入调味料炒至香,勾芡后拌入九层塔叶和柳松菇炒至熟,盛出。(图3-6)
3. 把口袋面包一开二,掰开切口,填入馅料。(图7)
4. 把口袋面包放入午餐盒,配生菜水果吃。

【Ingredients】
4 pcs pita, 1⁄2 cup basil leaves, 4 leaves lettuce
【Basil Mince Pork】
2 tsp sesame oil, 1 Tbsp cooking oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 big onion(cubed), 350 g pork mince, 1 packet
fresh shimeiji mushrooms
【Seasoning】
1 1⁄2 Tbsp fish sauce, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1⁄2 tsp ground pepper, 1 Tbsp brown sugar , 1⁄4 tsp dark
soya sauce, 1 Tbsp chinese wine

Thickening: 1 tsp cornflour + 2 Tbsps water
【Method】
1. Heat oil in a wok, sauté garlic until browned, adding in pork & onion, stirring till meat loosen
and change color.(pic 1-2)
2. Stir in seasonings and cook till fragrant. Add thickening, mix in basil leave and shimenji mushroom,
fry till cook, dish out.(pic 3-6)
3. Cut pita into two, opening the pockets and fill it up with the basil minced pork. (pic 7)
4. Pack into lunch boxes, served with the lettuce and some fruits.
