胡椒根煲猪肚,补气易脾又养胃,给家人煲靓汤吧!胡椒根可以在中药店买得到,这道辣汤的肉不必煮得太软。

    Directions

    Step 1

    胡椒根洗净后放入滚水中汆烫1-2分钟。Wash pepper root and blanch in hot water for 1-2 minutes.

    Step 2

    把所有猪材料汆烫2-3分钟后洗净。Blanch all meat briefly in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Remove and rinse well.

    Step 3

    把黑、白胡椒粒洗净滴干,然后干炒至香味溢出。Rinse peppercorns, drain and stir-fry without oil until aromatic.

    Step 4

    把胡椒根、胡椒粒及姜放入锅内,导入清水煮约30分钟。Put pepper root, peppercorns and ginger into a stock pot. Pour in water, boil and simmer for 30 minutes.

    Step 5

    加入所有猪材料,继续焖煮约1小时或至肉软,调味后盛出。Add in all meat and continue to boil and simmer for an hour or until meat is just tender. Add seasoning to taste.
