炸得香香脆脆的马铃薯球,里面包着熏五花肉碎和新鲜玉米粒,一口咬下带点咸香,口感十足。

    Step 1

    马铃薯去皮切片,蒸软后压成泥备用。Peeled and slice the potatoes, steam and press into puree for later use.

    五花肉碎炒香,玉米粒烫熟沥干。把步骤(1)和(2)的材料混合,加入调味料拌匀。Stir-fry the minced pork belly, blanch the corn kernels and drain. Mix the steps (1) & (2) ingredients then add seasonings to mix well.

    Step 3

    手上抹少许油,取一些步骤(3)材料搓成圆球形,再滚上春卷皮丝,放入热油中炸至金黄,即可捞出沥油。Spread some oil on hands, take some ingredients of step (3) and knead to a ball, covered with shredded spring roll pastry sheet, put into hot oil and fry until golden,remove to drain the oil, enjoy.
