    小贴士 : 艇仔粥要煮至幼滑才好吃,最好放入炖盅煮。

    Step 1

    放(A)和(B)料入锅内煮滚,改用小火煮成粥。Put (A) and (B) into pot to boil, reduce to low heat to cook until become porridge.

    Step 2

    加入(C)料煮熟后取出盛碗,洒上姜丝和青葱粒即可。Add in (C), once cooked, remove and fill in bowls, sprinkle with ginger and spring onion.
