    这款甜品芒果蒟蒻米露跟芒果西米露不大一样,食谱中的椰奶换成牛奶、西米则换成更低卡健康的蒟蒻米,成品和原版的芒果西米露相比起来,有过之而无不及,而且还可以放开高卡那些事、大快朵颐一番了!

    Step 1

    蒟蒻米清洗数遍去腥味,然后将蒟蒻米倒入锅内,煮5分钟,然后沥干水份,备用。Wash the konjac rice several times to remove the smell, then pour the konjac rice into the pot and cook for 5 minutes, then drain the water and set aside.

    Step 2

    芒果切成丁状,取出一小份果肉当装饰,备用。Cut the mango into cubes, take out a small portion for decoration.

    Step 3

    将大份芒果丁放入搅拌杯内,倒入牛奶和黄糖,用搅拌机拌至细滑。Put a large portion of diced mango into the blender, add in milk and brown sugar, blend until smooth.

    Step 4

    将芒果混合料倒入容器内,加入蒟蒻米拌匀,放入雪柜内冷藏至少2个小时。Pour mango mixture into a container, add the konjac rice and mix well. Keep the mixture into refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

    Step 5

    取一小碗,舀入适量的芒果蒟蒻米露,加入适量芒果丁和蓝莓,即可享用。Take a small bowl, scoop an appropriate amount of Mango Konjac Rice, add some diced mango and blueberries on top, enjoy.
