    每次都嫌吃炒饭不够饱,多吃又怕胖?不如试试加入燕麦,不但增加口感与更多纤维,最重要是饱腹呢!

    Step 1

    烧热油,炒香鲜蘑菇,然后加入其它材料和调味料拌炒均匀。Heat up oil, stir-fry fresh mushrooms until fragrant, then add remaining ingredients and seasonings, stir-fry until well mixed.

    Step 2

    把白饭和麦片一起加入拌炒均匀至熟即可,可搭配青瓜和小番茄一同享用。Add cooked rice and instant quick oats , stir-fry until cooked. Can serve with cucumber and small tomatoes.
