    Step 1

    将排骨洗净斩块,然后川烫洗净,沥干水分备用。Wash and chop ribs into pieces,blanch in boiling water and drain.

    Step 2

    将2.5公升水煮滚,加入所有材料,用慢火烹煮大约2小时。Bring 2.5 liters water to boil,add in all ingredients and boil in low heat for 2 hours.

    Step 3

    加入调味料即可上桌。Season to taste.
