    茄香酸辣鱼,表面稍有嚼头,里层软嫩可口,酸辣开胃,非常地下饭。

    Step 1

    将麻辣总酱材料爆香,慢火煮10分钟,备用。Saute ingredients for Mala paste for approximately 10 minutes and set aside. Use as required.

    Step 2

    将番茄汤材料混合慢火煮5分钟至滚,备用。Mix well ingredients for tomato soup, cook in low heat for approximately 5 minutes. Use as required.

    Step 3

    将炸好的马友鱼加入煮好的酱里,慢火焖5分钟后加入装饰即可食用。Braise fish in Mala sauce for approximately 5 minutes. Garnish and serve.
