    茶中含有茶多酚、氨基酸、维生素等多种有机营养物质和20多种矿质元素,能够起到提神醒脑、帮助消化、减少辐射伤害、保护牙齿、缓解疲劳的作用,有很高的养生保健作用。

    Step 1

    冰皮做法To make crystal skin: 1.把糕粉、绿茶粉及糖粉一起过筛,加入白油,混合成粗粒状。Sift“koh fun”,green tea powder & icing sugar into a mixing bowl,mix in shortening until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

    Step 2

    2.加入绿茶味香精和冰水,搓成软面团。Add in green tea paste & cold water gradually to form a soft & pliable dough.

    Step 3

    馅料做法To make lotus choc pearls filling: 把白莲蓉和巧克力珍珠混合,分成每份75-80克。Mix lotus paste with choc pearls. Shape into small balls of 75-80g each.

    Step 4

    组合: 1.把冰皮面团分成80克等份,包入一份白莲蓉馅料。Scale crystal skin into 80g portions.wrap skin over the lotus choc pearls filling.

    Step 5

    2.在月饼模里撒少许糕粉,把面团压入月饼模具里,然后轻扣出来。Dust mooncake mould with a little “koh fun”,press dough into mould & knock to dislodge the mooncake.

    Step 6

    3.收入冰箱,冷吃。Keep refrigerated & serve chilled.
