菊花鸡汤 Chrysanthemum Chicken soup

【材料】
鸡1⁄2 只、菊花、玉竹、枸杞各15克
【调味料】
少许盐调味
【做法】
1.鸡肉斩件,放入滚水中川烫片刻去除杂质,再用清水洗净。(图1)
2.菊花放入布袋装好。(图2)
3.再烧沸一锅水,放入所有材料煮至滚后转小火焖煮2小时。(图3-4)
4.最后加入菊花煮15分钟即可,加盐调味。
【Ingredients】
1⁄2 chicken, 15g of chrysanthemum, yu zhu and gou qi
【Seasoning】
some salt to taste
【Method】
1. Wash and cut chicken into pieces, blanch in hot water, drain and set aside.(pic 1)
2. Keep chrysanthemum in muslin cloth bag.(pic 2)
3. Place chicken into pot, add in water and bring to quick boil, add in yuzhu and gou qi, turn to low heat continue
simmer for 2 hour.(pic 3-4)
4. Add in chrysanthemum, continue boil for 15 minutes, season with some salt, done.
