蔬菜黄豆汤Baked Beans Vege Soup

【材料】
牛油2汤匙、月桂叶3片、大葱1粒(切片)、红萝卜80克(切片)、鲜蘑菇4粒(切片),番茄1粒(切丁)、包菜花100克(切小粒)、包菜80克(切粒)、火腿肉3片(切丁)、番茄酱2汤匙、罐头黄豆1罐(300克)、清水1.5公升、鸡粉1汤匙、薯粉3汤匙+3汤匙水(勾芡)

【调味料】
盐和胡椒粉适量

【做法】
1.在热锅里溶解牛油后加入月桂叶和大葱,炒至大葱软身。
2.加入红萝卜,鲜蘑菇、番茄及调味料,煮约1分钟。
3.倒入清水,煮至滚。
4.加入番茄酱,罐头黄豆及包菜花,焖煮5-1分钟 。
5.加入鸡粉调味,并加入包菜和火腿,然后勾芡,煮至汤稠。

【Ingredients】
2 tbsp butter, 3 Bay leaves, 1 onion (sliced), 80g carrot (sliced), 4 fresh button mushrooms (sliced), 1 tomato (diced),100g cauliflower (cut into small florets ), 3 slices bacon / chicken ham (cubed), 80g cabbage (cubed), 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce, 1 can x 300g Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce, 1.5 litres water, 1 tbsp chicken stock powder, 3 tbsp potato starch + 3 tbsp water (thickening)

【Seasoning】
Adequate salt and crushed black pepper

【Method】
1.Melt butter in a pot, add Bay leaves and onion. Fry until fragrant and onion is softened.
2.Add carrot, button mushroom, tomato, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for a minute.
3.Pour in water and bring to a boil.
4.Add Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce, Tomato Sauce and cauliflower. Simmer the soup for 5-10 minutes.
5.Adjust with chicken stock powder and add bacon/chicken ham and cabbage. Add thickening and stir until soup is thick.
