    Step 1

    玉蜀黍切块,金针菇切段,备用。Cut corn into pieces,cut Enokitake mushroom into sections.

    Step 2

    全部材料A飞水后,放入炖盅,再加入4碗沸水,隔水炖三小时,放入少许盐即可享用。Blanch all ingredients A with boiling water before place into stewing pot, pour in 4 bowls of water,double boil for 3 hours, season with salt, done.
