    马豆泡水过夜,再用水煮至软,备用。Soak chickpea overnight and then boil until soften.

    Step 2

    天贝切丁,用油炸至金黄色,备用。Dice tempeh and deep fry until golden brown.

    Step 3

    爆香B材料,加入煮软马豆和炸好的天贝炒匀,再加入调味料快炒,起镬即成。Saute ingredients B until fragrant;toss in chickpea and tempeh, stir-fry well; toss in seasoning swiftly and dish out.
