    要点：青木瓜切开有白色乳汁，表示可促进乳汁分泌。花生也是有助增生乳液的食物之一。虫草花有调节内分泌与免疫系统抗衰老作用。

    Step 1

    把 12 碗清水倒入锅中煮滚，加入全部材料 B，慢火煮 2 小时。Pour 12 bowls water in pot and bring to boil, and then add in all ingredients B , simmer in low heat for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    加入青木瓜块再煮 2 小时，然后加入盐调味即成。Add in green papaya and continue boiling for another 2 hours, then season with salt to taste.
