    Step 1

    先将材料B分成3份,将1份搽在腐皮上。Divide ingredients B into 3 portions and brush 1 portion on bean curd sheet.

    Step 2

    放2条蚧柳、1汤匙芫荽和紫菜排直在鱼胶上然后卷起。Arrange 2 crab sticks 1 tbsp coriander leaves and sea-weed in a straight on fish paste, then roll up.

    Step 3

    蒸鱼卷10分钟,取出待冷。Steam rolls for 10 minutes remove and leave until cold.

    Step 4

    炸油烧热,放入鱼卷炸至金黄色,取出切块即可享用。Heat oil for deep frying add in rolls and deep fry until golden brown cut into pieces and serve.
