    Step 1

    将水倒入锅中煮沸,放入桂花后关火静置5分钟,以泡出桂花香。Pour water into a pot to boil. Put the Osmanthus flower in and turn off the fire. Let it sit for 5 minutes to infuse and release all the flavour from the flower.

    Step 2

    从锅中滤出80-90%的桂花,放入剩余材料,再次转去大火。Strain off 80-90% of the flower from the pot and put in all the other ingredients then turn on high heat again.

    Step 3

    大火煮沸后关火,倒入模具中定型。待果冻完全冷却后脱模,冷藏后更好吃。Once start to boil, then turn off the fire and pour into a mold to set the jelly. Unmold it after completely cool down then serve it cold.
