    Step 1

    平底锅热少许牛油和橄榄油,爆香蒜和辣椒粉,炒1-2分钟。Heat up butter and oil, add garlic and chili flakes. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.

    Step 2

    加入酒和调味料,再加入青口。Add wine and seasoning then pour in all the mussel.

    Step 3

    加入柠檬茸后盖上,继续焖煮6-7分钟。Zest ½ a lemon zest on top of mussel and cover with a lid. Cook for about 6-7 minutes.

    Step 4

    开盖,撒上洋芫荽,趁热享用。Open lid and sprinkle parsley. Served hot.
