    功能 : 益气补血,健脾和胃,行气通乳,利湿消肿。 适应症 : 疲倦乏力,乳汁量少,胸闷腹胀,食欲不佳,下肢水肿,小便不利。

    Step 1

    将红、白萝卜及冬瓜切丁,连同白果放入沸水中川烫至软身,沥干备用。Peel and cut carrot, radish and winter melon into cubes, blanch all in boilling water together with ginkgo till soften, drain.

    Step 2

    炒锅内加入食油,烧至五成热时投入姜片爆香,然后倒入豌豆仁、胡萝卜、白萝卜及冬瓜,煸炒片刻。Heat cooking oil in wok, saute ginger until fragrant, pour in peas, carrots, radish and winter melon, stir well.

    Step 3

    倒入鳕鱼丁和白果,快速翻炒至鱼熟后,加入调味料拌炒入味即可。Add in cod fish and ginkgo, quickly stir fry until the fish is cooked, add seasonings, stir well and dish out.
