    Step 1

    墨鱼剖开腹部取出内脏,撕去薄膜,切除眼部,保 留须头部连着墨鱼身. Cut squid, devein and remove membranes, cut off eyes but keep head and body intact.

    Step 2

    把处理好的墨鱼抹干水分后,加入腌料拌匀,置放 1-2小时。 Wash and drain squids and marinate with condiments for 1-2 hours.

    Step 3

    将墨鱼沾上干粉,再裹上鸡蛋液,又再沾上干粉。 Coat squids with dry flour and then dip in egg sauce and coat with flour again.

    Step 4

    烧热炸油放入墨鱼以中火炸至香酥,即可捞出沥 油。 Deep fry in hot oil with medium heat until crispy drain.
