Directions
把豆腐磨烂,然后挤掉多余水分。 Mash bean curd then squeeze off excess water or liquid.
将午餐肉剁碎。 Chopped lumcheon meat.
把虾胶,莞荽,古龙午餐肉及调味料A混 合,然后加入鸡蛋拌均。 Combine with prawns, coriander, diced GULONG Pork Luncheon Meat and seasoning. Add egg and stir to mix well.
把数枝汤匙涂油,然后填满古龙午餐肉混合 料,入蒸笼蒸约10分钟,然后让它完全冷 却。 Lightly grease a few spoons with a little oil. Fill up the spoons with the prepared GULONG Pork Luncheon Meat mixture. Place the spoons in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely.
把肉饼沾面糊B,然后以中火炸至金黄色。 趁热沾蘸酱吃。 Dip the pieces of patties in batter (B), and then deepfry in hot oil over medium heat till golden. Serve with the dipping sauce immediately
