    Step 1

    将猪脚洗净,斩块,然后沸水。Wash trotter,chop into pieces and blanch in boiling water.

    Step 2

    将材料和调味料放入镬中,大火煮滚,转小火慢火焖大约45-60分钟至猪脚熟即可。Place all ingredients and seasoning in pot,bring to quick boil and then turn to low heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes or until trotter soften.

    Step 3

    配上饭或馒头非常美味。Serve with white rice or Mun Tou.
