    Step 1

    烧热1汤匙油,加入辣豆瓣酱、蒜头和辣椒爆香。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,suate spicy soy bean paste,garlic and chili until aromatic.

    Step 2

    加入其余材料和调味料(除了绍兴酒)炒匀。Toss in other ingredients and seasoning (except wine) until well mixed.

    Step 3

    以大火快炒至微干身才灒入绍兴酒。Continue stir-frying until dry up,drizzle in wine.

    Step 4

    加入粟米粉勾芡后,即可上桌。Thicken with starch and dish out.
