酱油蒸白鲳鱼Steamed Fish with Soy Sauce

材料:
白鲳鱼1条、芫茜少许(切段)、葱1根(切段)、姜3片(切丝)

调味料:
酱油2汤匙、糖½茶匙、橄榄油½茶匙、米酒1茶匙

做法:
1.热锅加入橄榄油,爆香姜和葱。
2.再加入酱油,米酒和糖调味搅拌均匀连汁捞起备用。
3.把鱼放入蒸炉里,用大火蒸2分钟后拿起倒掉盘中的水。
4.把炒好的酱汁倒入鱼上,再放回锅中蒸5分钟。
5.最后洒上芫茜即可享用。

INGREDIENTS :
1 white prompet, some coriander, 1 spring onion (cut section), 3 pcs ginger (juliennes)

SEASONING :
2 tbsp soy sauce, dash of sugar, some olive oil, 1 tsp rice wine

METHOD :
1.Heat olive oil in wok, sauté ginger and spring onion until fragrant.
2.Add in soy sauce, rice wine and sugar, mixes well and adjust taste.
3.Steam fish in high heat for 2 minutes, discard liquid in plate.
4.Pour sauce ingredients over the fish, steam again for another 5 minutes.
5.Sprinkle with some coriander leave and serve.
