    Step 1

    马铃薯炸熟,备用。Deep fry potato in hot oil until cooked.

    Step 2

    杏鲍菇洒上2汤匙生粉拌匀,炸至金黄色备用。Coat mushroom with 2 tbsp corn flour and deep fry until golden brown.

    Step 3

    以麻油爆香姜片至金黄色,加入材料B炒香,加入调味料和全部材料A炒匀,再加入材料E生粉水,大火煮至汁浓,加入九层塔炒匀,即可享用。Sauté ginger slices with sesame oil until golden brown, toss in ingredients B, follow with seasoning and all ingredients A; thicken with ingredients E, simmer with high heat until gravy thicken, toss in basil and dish out.
