酸甜排骨 Sweet & Sour Ribs

[材料]

排骨350克(斩件)

[腌骨料]

蛋白1/2粒、盐1/3茶匙、生抽1汤匙、粟粉1大汤匙、松肉粉1/2茶匙

[配料]

青瓜1/2条(切块)、大葱1粒(切瓣)、红辣椒1条

[糖醋酱]

番加酱3汤匙、辣椒酱2汤匙、酸梅酱2汤匙、白醋1汤匙、糖3汤匙、水5汤匙、盐1小撮

[做法]

1.排骨洗净,然后与其余的材料捞匀腌约10分钟。

  1. 以少许油炒香配料,倒入糖醋酱煮滚,呈浓稠状,加入已炸好的肉骨快速兜匀即可上碟。

Ingredients:

350 spare ribs (chop into small pieces)

Condiments:

1/2 egg white, 1/3 tsp salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1/2 tsp tenderizer

Sub-ingredients:

1/2 cucumber (cut cube), 1 onion (cut wedges), 1 red chili

Sweet & sour sauce:

3 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp plum sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 3 tbsp sugar, 5 tbsp water, 1 pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Wash ribs and then marinate with condiments for 10 minutes.
  2. Sauté sub-ingredients with some oil until fragrant, then pour in sweet & sour sauce ingredients, bring to quick boil and then toss in ribs and dish out.
