    Step 1

    番茄切半,皮上割十字,煮3分钟盛起,去皮。将去皮的番茄放入搅拌器倒入水一起打烂。Halve tomato,cross cut the skin and boil in water for 3 minutes,drain,remove skin and blend with water until fine.

    Step 2

    烧热1汤匙油爆香洋葱碎、蒜茸和辣椒糊,加入明虾炒匀。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,sauté onion,garlic and chili boh until fragrant,toss in prawns.

    Step 3

    然后再加入番茄汁和调味料炒至干身。Add in tomato sauce and seasoning,stirfry until gravy dries up.

    Step 4

    盛起,即可配饭享用。Dish out and serve with rice.
