    Step 1

    腐皮包做法Method for bean curd skin parcel:炒香所有材料A,加入材料B焖至芋头软,备用。Sauté all ingredients A until fragrant , add in ingredients B and simmer until yam soften , let cool down.

    Step 2

    把腐皮铺入小碗中,加入炒料,包好轻压,隔水蒸20分钟,取出扣在碟中。Place bean curd skin in a small bowl , add in stirfried ingredients and wrap up , press gently and steam for 20 minute , dislodge on serving plate.

    酿西兰花做法Methods for stuffed broccoli: 将材料中的豆干、玉米粒、西芹和鲜菇拌入调味料后,酿入西兰花中,隔水蒸5分钟,取出排在腐皮包旁,煮滚芡汁淋上即成。Mixes tofu , corn kernel , celery and mushroom with seasoning , then stuff into the empty tops side of broccoli; and then steam for 5 minutes , dish out and arrange beside the bean curd skin parcel , in the mean time , boil gravy , thicken and pour over the dish and serve.
