    南瓜不仅能排毒养颜,健脾养胃。姜汁南瓜汤圆露口感软糯,喝起来又香甜。

    Step 1

    把斑兰叶、姜和南瓜一起放入热水中煮至出味。In a pot, add in pandan leaf, ginger and pumpkin, bring to a boil.

    Step 2

    再加入冰糖煮溶后,熄火,去掉姜及斑兰叶。Add in rock sugar cook till dissolve, off heat, remove pandan leaf and ginger.

    Step 3

    把整锅南瓜糖水倒入搅拌机内搅拌至成南瓜泥。Pour the pumpkin mixture into food processor and blend to become puree.

    Step 4

    再把煮好的西米露和汤圆倒入南瓜泥里即可食用。Add in sago and dumpling into pumpkin puree, serve immediately.
